    Like the title says, it’s a brand new, never taken out of box, Leupold VX-1 3-9x40MM rifle scope. Received as a Christmas present, but sold my rifle. No need for it.

    Rule #1 
    Be Smart. You are responsible for your own actions. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If you don't feel comfortable meeting someone, don't meet them. All private party firearm sales must be accompanied by a background check on the buyer. Coordinate with a local FFL for the transfer and background check. We recommend BMC Tactical.
    Rule #2 
    Obey and comply will all laws, both Federal and Local laws. Buyers of handguns must be 21 years of age or older, and purchasers of rifles or shotguns must be no younger than 18 years of age. A BACKGROUND CHECK MUST BE RAN ON ALL BUYERS OF ANY FIREARM IN NM. And it is always illegal to sell a firearm to someone whom you know to be prohibited from purchasing, possessing, or owning firearms - It is a FELONY.
    Rule #3 
    Be courteous and respectful. Failing to do so will get you banned from the web site. Our tech guys will block any device that you have used to access the web site. I'm not sure how they do it, but they can, and I'm told that it is not very difficult. Besides that, we get enough crap from outside of the gun community, let's treat those in it with the respect that we would like to have.
    Rule #4 
    Keep it related to firearms. We may add additional categories at a later time, but if it isn't related to firearms or the firearms community, don't list it. If you have a question, shoot us an email and we'll get back to you. If there is an additional category that you feel should be added, shoot that suggestion over to us in an email and we'll consider it.
